We adopt a well balanced curriculum embedded of Indian tradition & culture in collaboration with International concepts. We make use of a range of activities that help in developing gross motor skills and fine motor skills through games, drawings and paintings, sand play, creative projects etc and instill enthusiasm for sports. The use of manipulatives, pictures, puzzles, symbols etc helps them to explore their intellectual and relational ability. Singing, dancing, rhyming, reciting, story-telling, puppet shows, role plays etc help develop children's intellectual and emotional ability.
With an MBA in Human Resources, an ACCC in Biblical Counselling & Psychology, and an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, she combines academic depth with practical expertise. She is also a Certified Life Coach from Coaching 4 Growth Ltd, further strengthening her commitment to personal and professional development. Her dedication and leadership have been recognized nationally, earning her the Excellence in Educational Leadership Award at the Eduspire National Awards 2025.
She is the Founder & Director of Empiric Educational & Charitable Trust, Founder of the Teachers Association “Blue Angels,” and Charter President of the RCC – Rotary Club of Hubli Midtown. She also serves as Director of SAPIENS Power Structure Ltd. and is the Founder & Director of Artifus Papers Pvt. Ltd.
With over 20 years of contribution to the field of education and 5 years of experience in the IT sector as a Project Director, she has built a legacy of innovation and service.
